01 Who creates the content?
We work from what you already have: existing photos, footage, and cutdowns from any Extenso production. Need net-new content every month? That's Enterprise, or bundle a production package with any retainer.
02 Do I approve posts before they go live?
Always. You get a shared approval calendar. Review and clear posts in batches, then we publish on schedule. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
03 Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn are the core. Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest are available on Enterprise, and we scope channels to where your audience actually is.
04 Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. Retainers are billed monthly in CAD and you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. International clients welcome; billing stays in CAD.
05 How does the founding partner discount work?
Early partners get 15% off their first three billing cycles on any retainer, including Enterprise. After month three, the standard rate applies. No other conditions.
