How fast will I hear back?
Within 4 business hours, usually much faster. Our hours are Mon, Fri, 9 AM, 6 PM Pacific Time. Messages sent over the weekend get a reply first thing Monday.
Is the call really free?
Yes. Every session on this page is free, on Google Meet, and led by a producer, not a salesperson. We'd rather show you how we think than pitch you. If it's a fit, we'll talk next steps. If not, no hard feelings.
Do I need to know my budget already?
No. If you have a range, it helps us scope faster. If you don't, that's exactly what the consultation is for. We'll walk you through what different scopes cost and what's realistic for your goals.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
We're a remote-first studio operating on Pacific Time. We run productions wherever the project needs us and handle strategy, editing, and post entirely remotely, so location is rarely a blocker.
What should I send in a brief?
Whatever you have. A few sentences about the goal is plenty to start. References, decks, links, or a rough budget all help, but none are required. We'll ask the rest on the call.
What if I'm not ready to commit?
Totally fine. Many clients start with a free brand audit or a discovery call just to explore. There's no obligation at any step.
