Yes. The Vancouver room is no longer a rentable space. We moved to a remote, AI-first model so the work is not tied to one address or one city. The craft we built that room around came with us.
It means software does the heavy lifting on generation, voice, and editing, while real people direct, refine, and sign off on every frame. We will always tell you what was AI-assisted and what was shot. No smoke, no mirrors.
