Questions, answered

How do I get my files?

Straight after payment you land on a download screen with your files. We email the same links to you, so nothing is lost if you close the tab. Links stay live on your account.

What formats are they, and what software do they work in?

LUTs ship as .cube in Rec.709 and Log versions and work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and CapCut. Presets ship as .xmp for desktop and .dng for mobile Lightroom. Footage and overlays ship as 4K MP4 or ProRes, so any editor can read them.

What am I allowed to do with the files?

Use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including paid client work, on any number of your own machines. You may not resell, redistribute, share or bundle the files themselves, or use them as training data. The licence is yours, not transferable.

Can I get a refund?

Digital sales are final. Once a file is downloaded it cannot be returned. If a download fails, a file is corrupt or you were sent the wrong pack, email us and we fix it or replace it the same day.

Can I buy several packs at once?

Yes. Add everything to the basket and it becomes one payment. Bundles are already priced below the sum of their parts, so check the bundle before buying three singles.

Is checkout secure?

Payment is processed by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Promo codes are applied at checkout.

When does crew gear ship?

Gear opens once the digital store is running itself. Physical orders collect a shipping address at checkout and we email tracking when the parcel leaves. Join the drop list to hear first.
