How far in advance should we book?
2 to 4 weeks is ideal for proper pre-production. Need it sooner? We hold a few rush slots each month. Ask in your inquiry.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
We have a roster of trusted HMUAs we can book for your session at an additional cost. We'll quote you exact rates before booking.
Do I own the photos?
Yes. Every project includes a full Commercial Use License by default, so you can use the images on your website, social, paid ads, and print without restriction. Need broadcast or out-of-home rights? Just check that add-on in the brief builder.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard photography delivery is around 5 business days. Larger productions typically run 2 to 3 weeks. Need it faster? Add Rush Delivery to your brief and we'll quote 48-hour turnaround.
What if it rains on shoot day?
For outdoor shoots we monitor the forecast 72 hours out and reschedule at no charge if weather won't cooperate. Studio shoots aren't affected.
How are payments structured?
50% deposit confirms your shoot date, balance due on delivery. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and invoice for established businesses.
